Your membership in the NCAPD does make a difference by helping to support the following programs: 

• The Online Chat/Support Group
• The Simulation of Auditory Processing
• The Bee - A - Friend Program
• Local Support Groups (starting soon)
• Conferences/Seminars
• The NCAPD News 
• Development of brochures and material
• Development of other programs to assist families and individuals with APD.

• The NCAPD News is a quarterly newsletter that is written for parents and professionals.  The NCAPD News will include updates on what is happening inside the NCAPD and  a variety of informative articles that will range from current research in the area of auditory processing to suggestions for getting assistance from the  school system once a child has been diagnosed with an APD.
• Membership dues and donations are tax deductible.  The NCAPD  is a  501(c)3 non profit organization.
