In order to advocate on behalf of individuals with speech and hearing disorders, ASHA needs information about the coverage of these services by health plans.  The coverage information received helps ASHA advocate with health plans and employers for better coverage of speech and hearing services. The NCAPD would like to see more frequent insurance coverage of APD testing and related therapy, and we support ASHA in this effort.     View archived news
